SUMMER CAMP REGISTRATION FORM

Welcome back to another exciting summer at HSBC! This year's Hot-Shot Basketball Camp will take place from Monday, July 1, to Friday, August 2, 2024.

Regular Day campers will attend daily from (8:30 AM to 2:30 PM) at a total fee of $200.00.

​

Extended Day Service, available daily from (2:30 PM to 5:00 PM), can be added for a one-time fee of $150.00 during registration. This brings the total fee for your camper's participation this summer to $350.00.

Please note that Extended Day payments must be made prior to the first day of camp on Monday, July 1, 2024.
